all Indian dishes are spicy... Some are quite mild with a hint of
flavorful herbs and spices. (Some dishes can even be quite bland.) The
spicyness comes from ground peppers and other aromatic herbs.
Most dishes can range from mild, to medium and all the way to hot - Just tell your server what you might like to try.
"Korma" and "masala" dishes are often served mild, while a "vindaloo" is typically served spicy.
